Executive Team


Catherine Faint founded CFE Inc. in 1994. Her wealth of experience totals over 40 years in the Canadian music industry, working as an agent, talent buyer, producer, immigration consultant and provider of labour and production services.

Catherine is the recipient of five consecutive Canadian Country Music Awards for Booking Agent of the Year and currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Country Music Association of Ontario (CMAO). She also sits on the Awards & Balloting committee for the Canadian Country Music Association (CCMA).

Catherine is currently managing artists and speakers while maintaining client relationships across North America. Her dedication to her staff, artists and clients has allowed CFE Inc. to expand and create numerous opportunities for musicians, songwriters, producers and the crews working behind the scenes.


Sylvia has worked in the music industry for almost twenty years and has been with CFE since 2004. Her previous industry experiences include artist management and record label / music publishing administration.

Sylvia manages the day to day operations along with developing and maintaining our Labour Services division. She handles all facets of HR including recruiting, hiring and training of employees, ensures compliance of all Ministry of Labour, Ontario Health & Safety Association and the Employment Standards Act. Working closely with our supervisors, Sylvia manages over 100 employees while implementing and sustaining a comprehensive Health & Safety program. She enjoys working ‘hands-on’ with our clients and supports our employee’s efforts in creating a professional, dedicated and hard-working environment.

Sylvia also works as a talent buyer / booking agent for the Special Events department at Casino Rama and corporate events. As an avid ‘fan’ of live performances, Sylvia thrives on the details to ensure a professional and successful show.


Judy joined CFE 6 years ago, bringing with her over 40 years of financial experience. Judy maintains financial records, administers all payrolls and is responsible for all A/P & A/R. She works with our employees on all ‘money matters’ and is an integral part of CFE. Judy is a diligent, highly competent individual who works meticulously ensuring that all CFE day to day financial operations are well looked after.


Cindy joined CFE 3 years ago, bringing with her over 20 years of business and marketing experience. Responsible for all Customs and Immigration services, Cindy is the liaison with tour managers, client show leads and CBSA (Canada Border Services Agency). She also provides information and services for artists requiring extra support to enter Canada. Cindy has developed relationships with numerous artists who depend on her knowledge to ensure a smooth crossing.

Cindy is also a talent buyer / booking agent and has implemented our New Artist management division. With her extensive background in sales and marketing, Cindy’s enthusiastic energy in showcasing and booking artists is a huge asset to not only CFE, but to the artists who work with her.


Mamie recently joined CFE as the office manager, assisting with daily operations and various projects. She performs the many administrative responsibilities, along with supporting artist management initiatives.

Mamie coordinates and communicates all social media initiatives and her knowledge of this medium is ever-growing to support CFE’s expansion. Mamie is a dedicated and keen learner and looks forward to working with our clients and artists each day.


Tyler has been involved in CFE's information technology systems since 2005. He is a Toronto-Based Digital Media Creator specializing in Game Development and New Media Storytelling.

When he isn't arguing with printers or lecturing the staff, he is the founder and lead developer of Frostfire Games, as well as co-founder of Polymath Labs. His current focus is developing content for Virtual Reality
